Review (continued): It averages a combined 25.4mpg, has CO₂ emissions of 261g/km and accelerates between 0-62mph in 5.7 seconds. The second, the LS 600h, a petrol/electric hybrid, has a 5.0 litre V8 (Dual VVT-i) engine and is available in L and L RSR trims. It averages a combined 30.4mpg, has CO₂ emissions of 219g/km and accelerates between 0-62mph in 6.3 seconds. It also comes with Adaptive Cruise Control, a Pre-crash Safety System and an Advanced Safety Pack (available as an option on the LS 460). All versions have ABS with EBD and Brake Assist, Air Suspension, Adaptive Variable Suspension, stability and traction control plus tyre pressure warning. Like the GS, it comes with 10 airbags as standard and has top rated security. It also features an excellent 11 speaker sound system and climate control with a pollen filter and re circulation system plus an 8" colour VGA touch screen.
